Shipping and Delivery
Welcome to Lion King Shirt, We always aim to provide our customers with the best experience in shopping for and using our products. Therefore, please read our Shipping and Delivery policies carefully so you can understand and share our perspective before providing any negative feedback about us. Our goal is to resolve any issues to your satisfaction through open communication.
1. Shipping Cost
The shipping fee depends on the country where you place the order and the number of products ordered. Additionally, all countries have taxes for shipping services. Therefore, we have provided a shipping fee table that can ensure the best interests for both us and you.

2. Shipping and Handling
Handling time: 1 - 2 Days Business (From Monday - Friday)
Shipping Time: Shipping time depends on the country and region where you will receive the order.
If you are in the US, the estimated delivery time is around 2-5 business days. For customers outside the US, estimated delivery time is around 15-21 business days from when the order starts shipping, not from the date you place the order.
Note: All estimated times mentioned above do not include holidays and weekends.
Currently, our shipping cannot deliver to United States Military bases. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link so you can follow your order's journey and progress as it makes its way to your home. The email will contain a link allowing you to track the shipment status and progress.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available, that just means the carrier has not processed your package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
4. The package was shipped to the wrong address.
If a package is returned to us due to reasons such as incorrect address, no recipient, or the carrier deems it cannot be delivered for any reason at the final leg, we will email you a notification. However, we will not be responsible for such issues.
Please ensure the address provided to us is accurate, clear and does not change throughout the shipping process, to avoid the product from being lost.
5. What If The Item(s) I Received Are Defective/Incorrect/Damaged? Did you receive a faulty unit, or the wrong product?
If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us via email: cs@lionkingshirt.com, including the following information:
- Order number
- Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
- Complete delivery address
- Contact telephone number
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
6. Find a Missing Item from Your Package
If an item is missing from your package, it may have been shipped separately.

7. Find a Missing Package That Shows As Delivered
Sometimes the delivery status is updated in advance and you may see your package marked as "delivered" even if you have not received it. It may not have been delivered yet, but it's heading to the address you've selected and it will be there soon. Contact us at cs@lionkingshirt.com for more details.
